Overview

The Help Desk Engineer will provide remote management of multiple client networks of various sizes and levels of complexity from our location in Fort Washington, PA. Since our clients rely on IT Solutions as their sole technology resource, this position requires handling a full range of tasks, from server troubleshooting to user desktop issues. The Help Desk Engineer must provide superior service consistently.

The individual we seek enjoys handling challenges of all sizes and finds reward in helping businesses large and small make the most of their Technology. In addition to being well organized, efficient, and able to work with limited supervision, the candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Time Management ability is a must.

Qualifications

 

· A minimum of 2-3 years in the industry, including at least 1 year in a support environment

· Hands-on experience with Windows 2008/2012 Server, Exchange 2007/2010 and 2013 including maintenance and support

· Experience with LAN and WAN Technology

· Microsoft Certified Professional Status. MCSE or MCIPT preferred

· Experience with imaging tools, such as Acronis

· Mac and Mac Server experience is a plus

· Must be a Team Player and have the ability to deal with clients one-on-one via verbal and written communication
