Reporting to the Technical Services Director, the Network Escalation Engineer will provide remote management of multiple client networks of various sizes and levels of complexity from our location in Fort Washington, PA. Since our clients rely on IT Solutions as their sole technology resource, this position requires handling a full range of tasks, from server troubleshooting to user desktop issues. The Network Support Engineer must also provide superior service consistently.
The individual we seek enjoys handling challenges of all sizes and finds reward in helping businesses big and small make the most of their technology. In addition to being well organized, efficient, and able to work with limited supervision, the candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management ability is a must.
